About Us

MICA was founded in 2011 with a goal of supporting businesses in their quest for excellence in marketing talent.  Over time, we began to see a surging need among our clients for assistance within their Human Resources and Recruiting divisions for elusive professional talent.

 

Spearheaded by one of our own and in partnership with our clients, we piloted launched an HR and Recruiting practice in early 2020. Like our Marketing Group, this team has deep expertise both in the practice of HR and Recruiting, as well as the business of enlisting great talent to support these functions.

 

With this launch, we have developed internal expertise all along in the continuum of talent required to run an HR or Recruiting Function.  We have both direct “hands on” experience and we know where to find the right talent to support your goals.
